ClearFlow experiment / Lantern websites → process and business transformation
ClearFlow tested automation. Lantern began with websites. The work evolved into mapping how owner-run businesses actually run, putting numbers on their processes, and building the small systems that keep working when the owner is not in the room. Websites remain a secondary line.

A four-month research programme over 252 million rows of Indian equity and index-option history, industrialising the part everyone skips: proving yourself wrong quickly, cheaply, and on the record.

A mapping study of India from orbit: satellite embeddings over 318,706 five-kilometre cells, every year since 2017, joined to rainfall, land cover, districts, elevation and population. Nineteen terabytes reduced to 242 megabytes.

A finished three-minute film, watchable inside, and the notebook of its making: every number in a bank’s humanoid-robot projection given its own scene, in a neon city built from six primitive shapes inside Unreal Engine.
